Runecrown is a website and Discord bot that gaming guilds use to plan matches, track sign-ups and keep match statistics. This page says what we store, why, and how to have it removed.

What we store when you sign in

We do not see your Discord password, email address, messages or friends list.

What a guild stores

Each guild's Management and coaches add their own guild data: players and their in-game names, roles and builds, events and sign-ups, rosters, match results and scoreboard numbers, notes, goals and settings. This data belongs to that guild and is shown only to people in that guild's Discord server, according to their role. Guilds never see each other's data.

Scoreboard screenshots are read in your own browser. The images are not uploaded to us; only the numbers you save are.

A guild can choose to be listed in the public guild directory while it takes applications. The directory shows the guild's name, game, number of players, and the line, language, region and play times Management typed for it. Nothing about individual members is listed.

What the bot stores

The bot does not read messages in your server. It only receives the slash commands and buttons you use.

On your device

The website keeps your sign-in and a few display preferences (like the last page you opened) in your browser's local storage, including the language you picked. Signing out removes the sign-in. If you install the hub as an app, your browser keeps a copy of the hub's own files so it opens quickly. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.

Where it is kept

Data is stored with Cloudflare (Workers and D1 database), which runs the website and the bot. Discord provides sign-in and messaging. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Children

You must be old enough to have a Discord account in your country (at least 13) to use Runecrown.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes are also announced in the hub's What's new.
